Back to the Future Special Announcement

Great Scott! We are thrilled to announce the first ever event of the Broadway Pop-up Cinema Roadshow as our upcoming Back to the Future Special!

We are showing the entire trilogy across Friday 23rd and Sunday 25th of this month, in our maiden screenings at our new primary venue, Prestwick Academy! Tickets will be available to purchase next week, including the Time Travellers' Pass which grants unlimited access to all three films across the weekend!

We are also delighted to announce for the first time a new partnership with Indy Cinema Group! Indy are one of the world's leading organisations in independent cinema operations, offering support with film booking, ticketing, concessions, marketing and projection. Our collaboration with Indy to support the Roadshow will help us bring our pop-up cinema experience to the next level and bring cinema back to Prestwick and back to South Ayrshire in spectacular fashion!

Our chief projectionist has also been hard at work developing the new state-of-the-art Broadway Stereophonic Sound System! Get ready for Huey Lewis and the News to shake the school as we bring 1.21 gigawatts (not quite) of cinema audio power to Prestwick Academy! The event will honour Hill Valley of 1985 with a special 80s theme across the weekend, and any era-appropriate clothing is highly recommended!

All three films are rated PG, and all under-12s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There will be accessible seating available and our new-look volunteer Events Team will be out in force to make sure your cinema experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as it will be in the Broadway Cinema of the future!
